SMS and voice communications routed through the Punch platform

Facilitate coordination between team members, subcontractors, and clients

SMS communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your projects, including scheduling updates, photo notifications, and payment requests. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers who help us operate the platform (including Twilio for SMS/voice, Supabase for data storage)
Other users within your organization as needed to deliver the service
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and secure transmission. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
